Post Malone took 2017 over by storm when he released his first debut album Stoney following his first hit “White Iverson.” This album produced hit songs like “Congratulations” ft. Quavo that hit number two on the Billboard chart and stayed for 52 long weeks. His song “RockStar” ft. 21 Savage, which is the lead single of his second album, also experienced huge success and stayed for about 19 weeks on the chart. Malone has a huge amount of success for his first album, which is making the fans even more excited for his second release. His second album will be entitled, Beerbongs & Bentleys. He stated in an interview that John Mayer, Ty Dolla $ign, Nicki Minaj and Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee are going to have guest spots on the offering. I really want to see the song he has planned for John Mayer. I predict that the song will be more like Malone’s track “I Fall Apart” and hopefully we can hear slower songs on this album since Malone is so good at channeling emotion in his songwriting. I would also like to see the song with Nicki Minaj since she is really stepping up her game recently and she always produces a great radio hit.
Post stated in an interview that the project will be released December 1st, 2017, but then took back this statement to continue to work on the album.
He tweeted:
hey guys, i know a lot of you guys were expecting a project today, it won't be dropping for a little while. I'm sorry to let you down, but i need to make sure this album is perfect for you. I'm gonna keep working my ass off and make the best fucking album ever. i love ya. 💕🍻

Even though he did not come through on his promise to have it out on December 1st, I am glad that he is taking the time to perfect it. He told Billboard last September that, “there’s a lot of dope stuff going on and it’s almost done. I just have to finalize some things while I’m in LA and hopefully we’ll have it out before the end of the year.” It’s official Post Malone’s new album is coming out this year, so make sure to have your headphones ready, your cigarettes lit and pick up a 24 pack of beer because this is going to be one of the best releases of 2018.
