Last week, Chance the Rapper took to Twitter to announce that his next album will be coming in July. Chance is off the heels of the successful album “Coloring Book” and has had a collection of singles drop along the way.
The “Acid Rapper” also posted on his IG and talked about how well his personal life is going outside of music before teasing the July drop date at the end of the video. Chance dropped his last batch on songs back in November featuring the tracks “The Man Who Has Everything” and “My Own Thing” featuring Joey Purp. There is no word on when the first single for this new project is set to drop, but on his twitter account, Chance has March 17th marked next to his name, so keep an eye out for new music.
During the Super Bowl, Chance made an appearance during a Doritos advertisement where he and The Backstreet Boys performed a remix of the boy band classic “I Want It That Way.” That may not be the music that the public has been waiting on, but it’s always nice to see Chance out here making new stuff.
