Travis Scott will have to pay the entertainment events company PJAM $382,932.79 for missing a Minnesota concert the day before the Super Bowl.
Travis’ lawyer Howard King told TMZ, “The jury verdict of $383k is disappointing, but far less than the seven figure demands made by the promoters. We believe the verdict will be substantially reduced or overturned in subsequent proceedings.”
A source close to Travis told TMZ that he decided not to perform hours before the show “due to weather and logistics”. Travis had also just finished his Astroworld tour and his child Stormi with Kylie Jenner was born.
Around 400K is nothing to sneeze at, even if you’re Travis Scott. Travis, according to Forbes, is worth $22 million so this lawsuit will cost him 2% of his total wealth. Lucky for him, he’s dating the youngest self-made billionaire.
