Federal prosecutors have gathered a pretty convincing case against Kodak Black. They say that back in February, Kodak bought 3 weapons and over a 100 rounds of ammo in Florida, after previously lying on a January gun application.

He then allegedly rented a Porsche and drove over to Pompano Beach, and open fired on a house of a rival rapper. The rival was apparently not in the house, but his family was, though thankfully nobody was hurt.

When police arrived on the scene, they found Kodak’s fingerprints on one of the guns he purchased in February, as well as another gun that was jammed. Prosecutors say they found the Kodak’s rented Porsche abandoned 14 miles from the scene, with the GPS history confirming that the car had been in the Pompano Beach neighborhood.

Also, there are apparently witnesses that saw Kodak at the scene, but nevertheless the investigation continues. For the record, Kodak’s attorney has claimed that the feds are all talk with no bite. Let’s hope so, unless of course Kodak is as guilty as the prosecutors claim.
