This a another day, another record-breaking accomplishment for Drake. The 6GOD never fails to surprise us with his new releases and on Monday (Jan. 22), his latest single hit a whopping 4,326,679 plays. The next day, the team at Chart Data reported that Drake’s “God’s Plan” released on his two-song, Scary Hours EP, cracked Spotify’s single-day streaming record. Alabama’s young rapper YBN Nahmir, best known for his single “Rubbin Off the Paint“, has risen to number 46 on the Billboard Hot 100. The unsigned artist collaborated with Cole Bennett on his official music video for “Bounce Out With That”. Check it out below and see.
I smell a Takeoff / Yachty tape coming. It’s 2018 and the underrated Migos rapper, Takeoff is the last one of the group to release a collab tape. Recently Yachty previewed a collaboration tape between the two of them on his Instagram alive session and turns out that it’s coming real soon! With Yachty’s promising fans waiting on his drop for Lil Boat 2, there’s no set date when their tape will drop. In the meantime, stay tuned for the Migo’s new debut album Culture II, which will be released on January 26th.

TaylorGang’s Wiz Khalifa is back and taking his fans back to school with this new highly cinematic visual for “Letterman“. Wiz acts like he REALLY is in high school with this one. I’m not sure if it was the letterman jacket he wore or his bars that bagged the one cheerleader, but check this video out. The nostalgic effects and whole concept is pretty cool in my opinion. Only if spark ups were allowed in stadiums.
