Denzel Curry dropped a cover of Rage Against The Machine’s “Bulls on Parade” last week as a part of triple j’s “Like A Version” and it is electric.
Curry stopped by triple j, an Australian radio station that features artists regularly who come to perform covers and originals for their YouTube channel. The original version of the song remains an all timer, but Curry brings it with this cover and even throws in a freestyle towards the end. The song and performance has me ready to run through a brick wall.

During last night’s rivalry showdown between Duke and North Carolina, star forward Zion Williamson injured his knee in one of the weirdest plays in recent basketball memory.
Thirty seconds into the game, Zion dribbled his way to the free throw line and planted hard on his left foot, resulting in his shoe to completely rip apart. Williamson went down and left the game with what is being called a mild knee sprain. Duke went on to lose the game 88-72, but the big takeaway from this game was the Nike shoes Williamson’s foot erupted through, as well as the current landscape of college basketball.
Williamson is projected to be the number one overall pick in this upcoming NBA draft and there is speculation from both current and former players that he should sit out the remainder of this college season. The NCAA has been criticized in the past for not paying it’s athletes despite the national spotlight they receive. There has been no indication that Williamson will consider sitting out, but he does risk the potential of losing out on professional money if he aggravates his knee injury.
Among other highlights from the game last night, former President Barack Obama was in attendance to watch the legendary Tobacco Road game. Unfortunately for him and the Cameron Crazies, they all missed out on seeing Zion leave his mark on such a historical rivalry.

Last week, Chance the Rapper took to Twitter to announce that his next album will be coming in July. Chance is off the heels of the successful album “Coloring Book” and has had a collection of singles drop along the way.
The “Acid Rapper” also posted on his IG and talked about how
well his personal life is going outside of music before teasing the July drop
date at the end of the video. Chance dropped his last batch on songs back in
November featuring the tracks “The Man Who Has Everything” and “My Own Thing”
featuring Joey Purp. There is no word on when the first single for this new
project is set to drop, but on his twitter account, Chance has March 17th
marked next to his name, so keep an eye out for new music.
During the Super Bowl, Chance made an appearance during a Doritos advertisement where he and The Backstreet Boys performed a remix of the boy band classic “I Want It That Way.” That may not be the music that the public has been waiting on, but it’s always nice to see Chance out here making new stuff. There is no word on when the first single for this new project is set to drop, but on his Twitter account, Chance has March 17 marked next to his name, so keep an eye out for new music.

Offset dropped news on his Twitter earlier today that his forthcoming album will be produced entirely by Metro Boomin and Southside. No details were released regarding the name or how many tracks will appear on the album, but we know for sure the production will be fire.
Offset made waves earlier in the week when he dropped a video teasing his new album that feature actual video during the birth of his daughter Kulture. In the video you can see Cardi B going into labor with Offset looking on in support. The pair also appeared at the Grammy’s on Sunday when Cardi B won the award for Best Rap Album.
The album is set to drop on Friday and Offset is looking to
create his own solo success. Quavo has paved his own way as a solo act outside
of the Migos with two separate projects that were massive hits. Offset has
brought on two of the hottest producers to make this album a winner and we can
only hope that we can get a classic out of this.

Bernie Sanders announced Tuesday morning that he is running for President in the upcoming 2020 election. Sanders was the runner up to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016 who failed to win the election, losing to President Donald Trump.
Sanders was wildly popular to younger voters and he used his platform to promote issues relevant to his audience, like universal health care and lowering college tuition. His grassroots growth was lauded and his candidacy launched a surprising amount of buzz with new voters. Sanders even made headlines by appearing at Coachella to introduce Killer Mike and Run The Jewels in front of a massive crowd.
Killer Mike and Sanders created a seemingly unlikely
relationship during the 2016 campaign; the two even shared the stage during a
rally in Atlanta. We wish Sanders nothing but success moving forward with the
upcoming election and Run The Jewels collabs.
