[SPORTS] KNICKS CAN’T FINISH IN FOURTH ONCE AGAIN IN LOSS AT MSG

Woes Late In Games Continue For Young Knicks

There were a few can’t miss dress-ups and costumes on display at the Garden for Halloween night.

And also another Knicks loss.

The Indiana Pacers defeated the New York Knicks 107-100 on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden as the Knicks dropped their sixth out of their last seven.

The New York Knicks (2-6) had no answers for Indiana Pacers forward Domantas Sabonis, who tied a career-high with 30 points on a perfect shooting night from the field.

Sabonis knocked down all 12 of his field goal attempts, with his only miss of the night coming from the charity stripe.

Indiana All-Star guard Victor Oladipo chipped in with 24 points, six rebounds, two steals and one block.

For the second time in three games, the New York Knicks could not close out a game on their home floor as they once again failed to do what good teams do.

The New York Knicks entered the fourth quarter with a 81-77, but stood by idle as Victor Oladipo charged the Pacers with 11 fourth quarter points as Indiana outscored New York 30-20 in the period.

Tim Hardaway Jr. did all he could to try to give the Knicks their first winning streak of the season as he scored 37 points, hitting seven 3-pointers on hot shooting night.

Noah Vonleh had a strong double-double showing with 14 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks.

Allonzo Trier would lead all Knicks off the bench with a efficient performance as he hit six of his seven field goal attempts to give him 14 points on the night.

Frank Ntilikina struggled with his shot (2-for-8 FG) on Wednesday night, but finished with seven assists in 33 minutes as he and Damyean Dotson (32 minutes) continued to outpace the bench in minutes.

The New York Knicks shot 48 percent from 3-point range while holding Indiana to 30 percent, but David Fizdale’s team was overpowered in the paint.

The Indiana Pacers outscored the New York Knicks 64-32 in the paint, a big reason why Indiana shot 54 percent on the night compared to 43 percent for New York.

David Fizdale could live with his team allowing Victor Oladipo to go for 30 points, but Domantas Sabonis?

Maybe if Sabonis took 40 shots while doing so, but on Wednesday, he needed just 12, and he hardly broke a sweat in his 21 minutes of action before fouling out with 1:17 left in the game.

A lack of defense in the paint has hurt the Knicks ability to hold leads or build on them in a number of their losses, and tonight was no different.

The New York Knicks will begin a two-game road trip with a matchup with the Dallas Mavericks at the American Airlines Center on Friday night as they look for their first road win.

[NEWS] KANYE SAYS HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BLEXIT

[NEWS] KANYE SAYS HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BLEXIT

Is Kanye finally ready to say goodbye to his problematic political endeavors and move on? Definitely sounds too good to be true, but is something I am sure many of us have been wanting since he announced he was a Donald Trump supporter.

The rapper, who just earlier this month attended a lunch with Donald Trump, announced Tuesday morning that he will be distancing himself from politics. In a series of tweets on Twitter, West explained that he had nothing to do with the constructing of the brand logo “blexit”, which encourages African Americans to leave the Democratic party.

The movement, which was originated by Candace Owens, was rumored to be a project created by the music mogul but Kanye has made it very clear that is not the case. West explained that “I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn’t want their name on it so she used mine. I never wanted any association with Blexit. I have nothing to do with it.”

According to The Guardian, Owens originally claimed that West created both the logo and the colors for the new brand, but soon after she insisted the brand was hers. She informed followers that “BLEXIT is a project that is mine entirely. I am blessed that Ye [West] introduced me to a designer who despite having totally different beliefs than me, helped me craft some beautiful letters that I used on the BLEXIT caps.” She further explained that “#BLEXIT is about the beautiful stories of so many black people who have awakened themselves to the possibilities of our future, as Americans. The press is trying to use Kanye’s name to create drama and further divisiveness which is WRONG.”

Over the past year West has continued to be on the forefront of criticism due to his  political views and support of Trump. Maybe the break will allow the star to come to his senses and quit his bizarre behavior which has led to his critique and disapproval.

Make sure you comment down below how you feel about Kanye taking a backseat when it comes to politics.

[NEWS] Crash At School Bus Stop Kills 3 Siblings, Hurts 1

Three children from the same family were fatally struck and a fourth child was seriously injured Tuesday morning when they were hit by a pickup truck as they were about to board a school bus.

Identical twin 6-year-old brothers, Xzavier and Mason Ingle, and their 9-year-old sister Alivia Stahl killed on a Indiana road.

Eleven year old boy, Maverick suffered broken bones, said Sgt. Tony Slocum, the public information officer the Indiana State Police. He was airlifted and taken to parkview hosiptal in Fort Wayne.

The driver Alyssa Shepherd, 24 was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon and charged with three counts of reckless homicide, and one misdemeanor count, failing to stop causing injury ABC Reports. Shepherd was taken to a county jail, but was released Tuesday night on $15,000 surety bond.

“Our hearts just break for the families involved here in this tragic situation, and our prayers obviously go out to them,” Slocum said. “It was a tough day to watch the emotions that these family members had to go through and a tough day for first responders. It’s been a while since I’ve seen first responders cry, but I saw some tears shed today because that’s what the situation dictated”.

This is truely a sad tradegy. I can only imagine how the family must be feeling, and to lose all three children at once, my heart breaks for this family, such devastating news. My condolences goes out to the family.  (more…)

Elsewhere, No. 5 Michigan will be tested at home vs No. 14 Penn State while No. 6 Georgia and No. 9 Kentucky do battle Lexington.

Consider the chaos of an Alabama loss, do they drop out of the top five? Does LSU jump Clemson for the No. 1 spot?

In an unlikely scenario, Kentucky could move all the way up to the No. 3 spot or No. 4 spot with a win over Georgia and a upset loss from anyone in the top four.
