THE TIMELINE OF DEMI LOVATO’S GLOW UP
Demi Lovato has been in the eyes of the public since 2007, so we have basically seen her grow up on television and in her music career. At the start of her career she was a cute girl that played a role in Disney Channel shows and movies, but now we see her as a sexy pop singer who isn’t afraid to get in a hot tub and tell everyone she is a “savage.”
To be honest, she was a dork for a while. She had a “pudgy” face with no confidence and it showed. Her fashion sense wasn’t the best and it seemed like she was always in the shadows of her best friend Selena Gomez. Demi also went through a lot around the time of 2011 with the release of her heartfelt song “Skyscraper.” After that song, we saw a huge rise in her self-confidence as she was able to capitalize on the hype from that song by continuing to release respectable singles until she became one of the most successful Disney Channel stars that they have ever promoted.

She is drop dead gorgeous. A true glow up that was wonderful to watch. Not only did her makeup and style improve, but her confidence and who she is as a person continued to grow.
She really is out there looking like a savage. Don’t underestimate Demi or she will make sure that she proves you wrong.

[UNDER APPRECIATED SONG] LIL UZI VERT’S “NEON GUTS”
You might know Lil Uzi Vert from his hit songs, “XO Tour Llif3” and his feature on “Bad and Boujee” but what you don’t know is that in his latest album, Luv is Rage 2 it has more bangers than you expect.
I think one of the highlight tracks on this album is his song entitled, “Neon Guts” featuring Pharrell Williams.

I feel like this song is a great addition to the album and a rap song that doesn’t revolve around drugs or money. The theme is being a positive person on the inside and have that reflect in the energy that they bring into the world. Upon first listen, the term “neon guts” seems forced but after a few listens, you will find yourself coming back to it. There is something about this song that has a positive lightweight feel to it, that you can also dance to.
He raps:
“Higher than Elon Musk, so high stars eat our dust
And I got a colorful aura like I got neon guts
Dark energy, we don’t touch
Our jewelry’s beyond Tut
And It give a nigga colorful aura like I got neon guts”
The lyric video only has 5 million views on Youtube and I think this song should be more appreciated. I think it’s because it really takes a few listens to get into so people aren’t willing to give it a second chance. I am happy I stumbled across this song. It’s always great to listen to the records on the album that aren’t the biggest hits because you might just find a gem.
SZA’S EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO HER FADER COVER
Of course you guys have seen that Sza has BLESSED the internet with her breathtaking Fader Magazine cover. The R&B singer celebrated with an emotional Instagram caption earlier today expressing how she feels to be the face of something so big.
Her caption reads: “Can’t explain hearing ‘no’ more times than my self esteem can handle but building resilience. Training ur brain not to be bitter. finding the joy in each lesson and accepting a blessing whenever it comes ..expect nothing. This is for my girls that don’t feel like ‘cover material.’ For my ppl a lil rough around the edges but still trying really hard.
